A KGIP member since 2022, Sairah is responsible for the management of an industrial portfolio totaling 2.2 million square feet in the Bay Area.
Prior to joining KGIP, Sairah was a Property Manager at Colliers International overseeing 3 million square feet of industrial properties located in the Central Valley on behalf of Clarion Partners.
Sairah has over 4 years of experience in Commercial Property Management and has worked on various asset types throughout her career. She’s well versed not only on day-to-day operations but financial reporting and analysis, construction management on both small- and large-scale capital improvements, and property transitions.
Sairah graduated with a B.S. in Biochemistry from Middle Tennessee State University.
