Regina is the General Manager our Nicola Wealth portfolio. She is responsible for oversight of the team supporting the portfolio, which consists of 21 properties across the Puget Sound region totaling 1.3 MSF. Regina has 21 years of experience in commercial real estate, most of which was spent at Prologis managing industrial properties then more recently at Kidder Mathews, managing Nicola Wealth’s buildings on the Eastside.
