Noel Taylor joined KGIP in January 2024 as the building engineer for the Nicola Wealth Eastside portfolio.
Noel was born and raised in western Washington, he began his building maintenance career working as a Park Aide at St Edwards State Park. He then followed his interests in landscaping and joined Molbaks Garden + Home for a few years as one of two on site Gardeners who maintained both the Molbaks 20 acre retail property and at the time their 30 acre nursery farm.
From there he worked at the Bellevue Club Hotel for five years where he developed his skills & knowledge as a Maintenance Engineer. Most recently he was with Unico Properties for two years as a Maintenance Engineer working at several class A mid rise commercial properties & one medical healthcare facility in Bellevue.
