Nile has been a KGIP team member since 2016 and performs financial analysis and underwriting for KGIP’s property management, investment, and development portfolios. He assists with development entitlement, city process tracking, and research for KGIP’s development team. Additionally, he is responsible for managing and updating various software and database programs used to improve management information reporting and investment decision processes by both the development and property management teams at KGIP.
Nile is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Regional Development and minors in both Economics and Business Administration.
