Maggie has been a KGIP team member since 2010. She currently supports the project accountants with many tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, vendor maintenance, and variance data entry, as well as project overview. Her role is vital to the delivery of accurate accounting and reporting on the portfolio of managed projects. She provides workload relief for the project accountants along with additional oversight to ensure accuracy and completeness of the accounting information.
Prior to joining KGIP, Maggie worked as a Cash Manager for the Starbucks Corporate office. Before that, she worked at Trammell Crow for 5 years in corporate accounts payable then was promoted to Cash Manager. She was promoted to the Cash Manager position due to the level of detail and professionalism she brought to her previous position.
Maggie is a highly skilled member of the accounting team and has advanced skills in using accounting software packages including Yardi & MRI.
