Luis has been A KGIP member since 2022, and is responsible for the day to day maintenance and operation of an office portfolio. He works directly with tenants and vendors, to complete tenant generated work orders, and buildings inspections, coordinate small projects, oversee special projects as directed by Property Managers to ensure safety guidelines and requirements are met. He handles tasks from janitorial, building security, card access, painting, landscape maintenance and building reviews.
Prior to joining KGIP, Luis was an apprentice at PCF Construction. He also worked at Allied Universal maintaining access controls for commercial properties.
