Kylie joined KGIP in 2019 as the Senior Project Manager. She is responsible for project management of our developments, as well as assisting our Property Management team with large tenant improvement and capital projects. She manages all facets of project management including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
Prior to joining KGIP, Kylie worked at Pacific Project Management where she managed tenant improvement projects for clients from inception through occupancy.
Kylie brings a great attitude, attention to detail, and organization to every project and helps meet the client’s overall project objectives by leading project delivery and teams, meeting budget and schedule, and providing guidance to achieve project goals. Kylie has over a decade of CRE project management experience managing interior tenant improvement projects on behalf of both owners and occupiers for commercial office, retail, technology and healthcare clients.
Kylie also worked at CBRE for 7 years where she did variable project management work for multiple clients throughout the greater Seattle area.
