Kim joined KGIP in 2006, and has extensive commercial real estate experience. Kim works as KGIP’s Vice President, specializing in the development oversight of industrial institutional quality projects. Her experience includes extensive entitlement, federal, state and local jurisdictional permitting coordination.
Kim’s previous roles at KGIP, Panattoni Development, VLMK Engineers, Forum Properties and The Koll Company provide a well-rounded, diverse depth of experience, including extensive entitlement work on projects in Oregon, Washington, California and Nevada, development/construction management of institutional quality industrial buildings, as well as large capital and tenant improvement oversight and many years managing institutional quality industrial and Class A office portfolios.
Her diverse experience and ability to develop and foster relationships in a climate of complex permitting and overlapping jurisdictional requirements have resulted in on time, on budget project deliveries.
