Kendra joined KGIP in September 2021 and serves as the Senior Property Manager on behalf of Ares Management and CapRock Partners for various properties located from Woodinville, WA to Lakewood, WA. Kendra handles all client relations, financial reporting, preparation of annual business plans and operating budgets, capital project and tenant improvement oversight, lease administration, building sustainability, as well as tenant and vendor relations. She excels at successfully implementing ownership objectives while delivering superior service to building tenants.
Kendra’s professional experience includes more than 19 years of commercial property management of primarily Industrial buildings with some Suburban Office experience. Her extensive management career has established her exceptional approach to real estate operations, management, tenant and client relationships, financial reporting, and building transitions.
Kendra received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Washington State University in 2000 and obtained her Real Estate License in 2013.
