Kari joined the KGIP team in 2018 and is currently a Senior Property Manager responsible for the property management of 330,000 square feet within the East Bay Portfolio. Kari previously worked as a Property Manager with Parkway Properties at Signature Center, a building in KGIP’s current managed portfolio. She also served as a Property Manager for Shorenstein at Oakland City Center, a 500,000 square foot Class-A landmark office and retail project. She has an extensive accounting background, having worked as an Accounting Manager in various capacities.
Kari received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Neurophysiology and Biology from University of California, Davis and she received her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific.
