Julia joined KG Investment Properties as a Property Manager in November of 2021 and has over 18 combined years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Accounting and Property Management. Before joining KGIP, Julia managed large industrial portfolios—over 4.5 million sq ft—with Prologis.
Julia has been a long-time member of BOMA Silicon Valley where she was Chair of Emerging Leaders in 2012. Most recently, she was appointed Chair of the Education Committee for 2022 and 2023.
