Jolene is the Director of KGIP’s Industrial Portfolio, consisting of 6 million square feet in Washington. Jolene is responsible for the oversight of multiple client portfolios in the south-end industrial market, in addition to oversight and development of the local KGIP industrial management team. Jolene has over 28 years of experience in commercial and industrial property management, facility management, and acquisitions. She is a senior-level executive with experience working with institutional clients and direct ownership, and is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and internal partners, developing best practices benefiting both KGIP and our clients.
Prior to joining KGIP, Jolene led a team of 9 as a Regional Facility Manager, providing facility management oversight of approximately 4 million square feet (20 buildings) supporting the Amazon facilities operations in South Lake Union. She primarily focused on oversight of facility operations, including financial administration (where she maintained a $28 million custodial budget).
Additionally, Jolene spent 18 years at McKinstry, leading a team of 38 employees and providing oversight of property management and facility management accounts (including Apple, PSE, UW School of Medicine, and Weyerhaeuser). In total, she oversaw 100+ buildings in both the Puget Sound area and California, where she worked with the Benaroya family and was responsible for 40+ large Class A industrial properties.
Jolene brings an optimistic attitude and leadership experience to develop and maintain relationships and accountability between the KGIP clients, vendors, tenants and KGIP team to meet our clients overall Property Management objectives and goals.
