Jim joined KGIP in 2004 and is responsible for the day to day maintenance and operation of an office portfolio in Pleasanton, CA. Jim manages the physical properties as it relates to specific building systems. He also oversees vendor services including elevator, HVAC, mechanical, fire/life/safety, plumbing and electrical systems.
His professionalism and prompt response with tenants as well as contractors, vendors, and visitors to the site show in the relationships he has built with them all. Jim brings many years of experience and solutions in the field of Engineering within the greater Pleasanton area.
