Brian has been a KGIP team member since January 2019 and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of Plaza Yarrow Bay, which consists of 4 Class A office buildings with one restaurant tenant totaling over 283,000 square feet in Kirkland. Brian is responsible for the maintenance and oversight of the physical plant and specialized systems, tenant and vendor relations, special projects, tenant Improvement construction and safety/governmental compliance.
Prior to joining KGIP Brian worked for Kidder Mathews as a building engineer. He also worked for Benaroya Capital Company for 13 years working his way up to Senior Building Engineer responsible for the maintenance of five properties ranging from Everett to Sumner. Brian had exposure to commercial mid-rise and mixed-use industrial properties, maintaining all aspects of fire, life, safety, plumbing, electrical, HVAC controls and card access controls systems.
Brian has extensive background in all aspects both residential and commercial construction and tenant improvement construction as a working superintendent.
