Brandon Linsley, a KGIP member since 2023, serves as a Senior Building Engineer responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of properties in our Bellevue portfolio.. Brandon works directly with tenants and vendors to complete tenant work orders and schedule repairs. He maintains a safe working environment, following safety requirements, coordinating projects and repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the building’s mechanical systems, which include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, Fire/Life/Safety.
Brandon served eight years in the Navy completing four deployments on two navy ships. After the Navy Brandon worked with Alaska USA credit union for three years maintaining 30 branches throughout Washington. Brandon also worked at JLL and Kidder Matthews as an Operating Engineer and Building Engineer on an office portfolio including four high rises in Seattle and Bellevue.
Brandon is an Electrical 07 trainee.
