A KGIP member since 2016, Alyssa is responsible for the day-to-day property management of a portion of the Class A and industrial properties in our Northern California portfolio, specifically Bernal Corporate Plaza, Sycamore Plaza, Signature Center and Depot Road. Responsibilities include tenant and vendor relations and operations, AR reporting and event coordination.
Alyssa has grown within KGIP from an Administrative Assistant to an APM. Prior to joining KGIP, Alyssa worked with Safeway for over 10 years where she developed a strong customer service and administrative background. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic and eagerness to accept new challenges has proven to be a valuable asset to the KGIP team.
