Jane has been at KGIP since 2016, when KGIP acquired Parkway Properties. She has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in Property Management and Property Accounting. Currently, Jane is responsible for the overall accounting of KGIP’s California portfolio. consisting of office, retail and industrial properties.
Jane’s professional experience includes the management and accounting of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties located in Boston, Northern California and Southern California. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Marketing from Boston College, and an MBA from Santa Clara University, with an emphasis in Finance.
