Matt Kotch joined KGIP in May 2025 and serves as the Senior Building Engineer on behalf of Principal Real Estate Investors for the Bellevue South and Bellevue North properties. Matt handles client relations, preparation of operating budgets, capital project and tenant improvement oversight, building sustainability, as well as tenant and vendor relations. He excels at successfully implementing ownership objectives while delivering superior service to building tenants.
Matt’s professional experience includes more than 6 years of commercial property management of Class A office buildings. During this time, he has participated in building startups, LEED certifications, large-scale tenant improvements, and multiple BOMA/ TOBY competitions. His extensive career has established his meticulous approach to Engineering operations, management, tenant and client relationships and financial reporting. Previous clients include Amazon, Met life and Union.
