A KGIP member since 2024, Aujanee is a Property Manager responsible for managing an industrial portfolio for Terreno Realty. She handles all landlord and tenant relations, financial reporting, property maintenance, vendor relationships, lease administration, and the execution of capital projects.
Prior to joining KGIP, Aujanee worked at Pike Place Market located in Downtown Seattle where she managed office, retail, and restaurant spaces. Her passion for real estate and providing excellent service began nearly 10 years ago when she worked as a residential property manager and real estate agent.
