Rebecca joined KGIP in October 2024 and serves as the Portfolio Administrator assisting on a portfolio of commercial office, retail and medical properties located in the Bellevue and Redmond area. Rebecca assists in all day-to-day operations including vendor and tenant relations, financial oversight and operational support for properties in King and Skagit County.
Prior to joining KGIP, Rebecca’s professional experience includes more than 10 years of residential, commercial, and HOA property management mixture of grocery anchored shopping centers, office and marina, condominiums and mid-rise buildings. Rebecca is passionate about implementing best practices to enhance property performance, always prioritizing the needs of property owners and tenants.
Outside of the office Rebecca enjoys cooking, baking, finding new restaurants and parks in the city and lounging with her children and pets.
