Maia joined KGIP in 2023 after previously working for Colliers International and Greenbridge Investment Partners in the Puget Sound region. Her history includes working on large portfolios of industrial, office, and retail properties from Olympia to Everett. Prior to moving to Seattle and making the switch to commercial real estate, Maia worked for several years in the San Francisco Bay Area, primarily in residential property management.
Maia is a licensed real estate broker in Washington and received her bachelor’s degree in Arts Management with a minor in French Studies from the University of San Francisco.
