Johan Fredrikson joined KGIP in 2022 as General Manager responsible for the oversight and day-to-day property management of a portfolio of Downtown Seattle office and retail assets.
Prior to joining KGIP, Johan served as Senior Property Manager with GI Property Management, overseeing a team responsible for a portfolio of “always-on” critical facilities in Seattle and Eastern Washington which included data centers and broadcast studios. This role followed 11 years as Property Manager with Martin Smith Inc, where Johan managed a diverse portfolio of historical office and retail properties in Downtown Seattle.
His background includes real estate operations and management, the development of annual business plans and operating budgets, financial reporting, leasing and lease administration, tenant and vendor relations, and end-to-end project management of both capital and tenant improvements.
He has previously served on the Downtown Seattle Association’s Metropolitan Improvement District Ratepayer Advisory board and holds a Washington State Real Estate Broker’s license. Johan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pacific Lutheran University.
