Amber joined KGIP in 2022 as a Director responsible for the management of the office and industrial portfolio in Northern California. She is also responsible for managing the property management and engineering teams, along with providing oversight of the operational and financial performance of assets.
Prior to joining KGIP, Amber was a Property Manager at Colliers International overseeing an industrial portfolio totaling 2M square feet in the Bay Area. She has extensive experience in client relations and construction management, with over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate management servicing institutional clients with all product types.
