Scott joined KGIP in 2017, and is responsible for the management of the shell and tenant improvement construction for KGIP’s developments. Scott has worked in the construction industry in both operational and leadership positions since 1981, and has been involved in building a broad spectrum of office, medical, warehouse, education, and retail developments.
Prior to joining KGIP, Scott served as Vice President, Operations Manager at Turner Construction’s Northwest office as it established its local presence and reputation. During his tenure the office grew by nearly 400%, and he was responsible for the executive oversight of planning, operations, risk management and staffing for a business unit which peaked at an annual construction volume of more than $800 million.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University.
