Eileen is an Associate Director for KGIP’s Industrial team and oversees Ares, Sagard, CapRock Partners, Lift Partners, and Terreno portfolios in the south-end industrial market. Eileen has extensive experience in property management with over 25 years in acquisitions, and construction management, working with institutional clients, REIT clients, and direct ownership clients. In her career she has managed over 16 million square feet of industrial, flex and office space and has expertise in construction management with TI projects, capital projects, and EECGB grants. She has a proven track record of improving relationships between tenants and landlords.
Prior to joining KGIP, Eileen worked for DCT Industrial for 4 years. She oversaw the Seattle Property Management Team with 32 industrial buildings in the Puget Sound area totaling 4.2 million square feet with 67 tenants and constant on boarding an additional 2 million square feet. of new development projects. She was an active member of the DCT Sustainability Council which developed the best practice of performance benchmarking, engaged vendors that support sustainability best practices, and reviewing GRESB performance assessments nationwide.
Prior to DCT, she spent just over 15 years between years at Kidder Mathews, Morgan Partners, and JSH Properties, Previous clients to include: IndCor Properties, TIAA-CREF, Walton Capital and Embarcadero Capital Partners.
