Tony Jaramillo joined KGIP in 2025 as Asset Management Analyst for Avenue Bellevue in downtown Bellevue. He provides financial and operational support to both onsite and offsite teams for all projects involving condo sales, retail leasing, and hotel operations at the property.
He brings over four years of commercial real estate experience to his current role. Prior to joining KGIP, Tony worked on the property management team at Kidder Mathews in South Seattle. The properties he assisted with included industrial, retail, office, and medical office buildings. His previous industry experience also includes data analysis, acquisitions, and market research within the multifamily and residential land asset classes.
Tony earned a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) degree from the University of Washington Rustad Department of Real Estate in 2024. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
