Victoria joined the KGIP team in June of 2023 and serves as an Assistant Property Manager for an industrial portfolio in the south end. Victoria’s responsibilities include invoicing, tenant relations, accounting, financial & monthly reporting, certifications of insurance, vendor relations, tenant aging reports, lease administration, and construction management.
Victoria recently received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Advertising from Washington State University.
