Sam joined KGIP in October 2024 and serves as the Assistant Property Manager on behalf of the PNWP, Vibe, Winkler, and Clarion Portfolios. Sam handles vendor and client relations, financial reporting, preparation of operating budgets, supports senior management with capital project and tenant improvement oversight, lease administration, and building sustainability. He excels at successfully managing vendor services to exceed ownership objectives while providing excellent service to tenants.
Sam’s professional experience includes 7 years of commercial property management of Class A office buildings, Class B retail office parks, mixed-use industrial properties all totaling over 8,000,000 SF servicing high profile tenants such as Netflix, Lyft, Samsung, Nestle, and the band Death Cab for Cutie. During this time, he has participated in LEED certifications, large-scale tenant improvements, expansive manual elevator mods and BOMI TOBY competitions. His expansive management career has established a diverse and dynamic approach to real estate operations, management, tenant and client relationships, and financial reporting.
