A KGIP member since 2024, Lynette is responsible for oversight of the management and engineering team, operational and financial performance of the asset, supporting the buildings’ leasing efforts and ensuring capital project requirements are met to client satisfaction at The Eight.
Prior to joining KGIP, Lynette’s professional experience includes 18 years of Class A property management in both commercial and residential. Prior clients include JP Morgan, Nuveen, Vulcan, Goodman Real Estate and ARA. Recently, she worked on a portfolio of 350K SF in downtown Seattle primarily occupied by Amazon and was responsible for managing building operations, financial reporting, budget preparation, capital project management and tenant relations. Lynette is passionate about customer service and building strong relationships with both clients and tenants. She enjoys implementing sustainability programs and working with her Team to explore ways to increase the value of assets.
