Lisa Enger joined KGIP in January 2024, and serves as a Property Manager on behalf of Nicola Portfolio. Lisa handles client and vendor relations, assists with the monthly and annual financial reporting, preparation of annual business plans and operating budgets, supports senior management with current and future capital projects along with tenant improvement oversight and building sustainability. She excels at successfully implementing ownership objectives while delivering superior service to building tenants.
Lisa’s professional experience includes 4 years of commercial property management of over 500,000 SF of Class A office buildings, mixed use industrial and warehouse locations throughout the North Puget Sound Region. During this time, she has participated in mid to large-scale tenant improvement projects, building envelope upgrades and warehouse renovations. Her extensive business management career has allowed her to develop a successful and creative approach to real estate operations, day to day management, tenant and client relationships, financial reporting, and building transitions.
Lisa has an Associate in Business Administration from Shoreline Community College along with a Certification of Paralegal Studies from Edmonds College.
