Kristin joined the KGIP team in 2018 and is currently responsible for the property management of more than a half million square feet of office and industrial property within the East Bay. Kristin brings over 13 years of commercial real estate experience to her current role, with an emphasis in construction management, property operations, financial reporting, vendor management and tenant relations.
Kristin previously worked as a Senior Property Manager for SteelWave (formerly Legacy Partners Commercial), where she oversaw 524,000 of Class A office space.
She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University.
