A KGIP team member since 2025, Katie Beredo serves as the Assistant Property Manager for Broadway Tower in downtown Portland. In her role, she supports the daily operations of this premier Class A office building.
Prior to joining KGIP, Katie worked at CRMG as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio that included retail centers, industrial properties, office buildings, and vacant land lots. Her broad experience across property types has equipped her with a strong operational background and a client-focused approach to management.
Katie currently working towards obtaining her Oregon Real Estate License, and Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification.
