Joshua Blumenstein joined KGIP in January 2026 and serves as Assistant Property Manager on behalf of Principal Real Estate Investors for the Avenue Bellevue property. In this role, Joshua supports all aspects of property operations, including financial reporting, preparation of operating budgets, capital projects and tenant improvements, lease administration, sustainability initiatives, and coordination with tenants and vendors. He consistently supports ownership objectives while delivering a high level of service to tenants and stakeholders.
Prior to joining KGIP, Joshua accumulated five years of residential property management experience, serving in both Assistant Property Manager and roving property support roles. His background includes managing multifamily assets for both third-party and privately owned portfolios, where he developed a strong foundation in day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and cross-functional property support. This experience informs his thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to commercial property management
