Josh Keene joined KGIP in 2026 to lead the firm’s multifamily management platform, bringing more than 25 years of experience overseeing complex real estate portfolios across the Pacific Northwest. As Managing Director, Multifamily Management Services, Josh is responsible for portfolio strategy and performance, owner and investor relations, annual business planning and budgeting, capital initiatives, and the integration of property operations with long-term investment objectives.
Josh has extensive experience asset managing multifamily, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties, with a career focus on translating ownership strategy into execution. His background includes oversight of leasing strategy, capital project planning and delivery, operating expense optimization, financial reporting, and close collaboration clients and partners.
Prior to joining KGIP, Josh served as Senior Vice President and Asset Manager at Washington Holdings, where he was responsible for a multifamily portfolio in the Seattle and Redmond markets as well as a large office and industrial portfolio spanning Seattle, Portland, and Everett. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with institutional and private ownership groups, navigating market cycles, capital improvements, and repositioning efforts while maintaining strong tenant, lender, and stakeholder relationships.
Josh served on the Board of Directors for BOMA Seattle for seven years, including as Chairman in 2017. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Oregon.
