A KGIP member since 2026, Cindy Zuniga is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management operations of our Bellevue, Washington office portfolio, for the 929 Office Tower and Lincoln Plaza. Responsibilities include managing tenant relations, vendor operations, accounts payable and AR reporting.
Prior to joining KGIP, Cindy built her career as a Community Director within multi-family, mixed-use developments across the Greater Seattle Area. She brings hands-on experience managing Class A portfolios exceeding 300 units and has been recognized through nominations from the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA).
Cindy attended Bellevue College, where she obtained her associate’s degree in business administration.
