New document shows mega Bellevue project will include tons of office space

Elev8, the massive mixed-use development in downtown Bellevue, is now Cloudvue, which will have three skyscrapers, including two with a total of 1.7 million square feet of office space.
Project details were listed in Thursday’s city land-use bulletin, and it shows what a big impact Amazon’s move into Bellevue has had on the downtown commercial real estate market. Cloudvue will increase downtown’s office space inventory by roughly 17 percent.
