Congratulations Lucinda Alipio! East Bay Area Outstanding BOMA Principal Member of the Year!

We are so proud to share Lucinda Alipio, Property Manager, has been awarded the BOMA Oakland/East Bay Outstanding Principal Member of the Year! Lucinda has overseen a portfolio of Class A Office and Industrial properties with us since 2020.

Alipio is a vocal advocate of BOMA, saying “I believe in its mission and the value, education, and networking it can bring to your career, your clients, and your company.  I am a true believer that you get what you put in.”

Walter Finch Golf Tournament & Fred West Wine Tour

A fun time had by all, this Monday (April 4) was the annual Walter Finch Golf Classic. Plus, we brought the wine tour back, due to popular demand… BOMA members were whisked away to the Livermore Wine Valley on C3 buses to enjoy tastings at three wineries. When the tour was over, the group joined the golfers at the reception, where door prize tickets were drawn, golf winners were announced, and we awarded our Outstanding Members of the Year! A special congratulations to our Associate Member of the Year, Michael McCormick, and our Principal Member of the Year, Lucinda Alipio.
