Sandy Blvd Industrial Park II

Sandy Blvd Industrial Park II is a Class A, speculative single story, concrete tilt up, industrial building.

This project is located within the City of Gresham Industrial Area.   Existing site grades required substantial fills for building construction.  KG worked with contractor to source ODEQ “Clean Fill” from nearby construction sites at favorable project cost benefit. A substantial number of large boulders deposited during the ancient Missoula Floods were excavated and placed at the rear of the site as well as 20’ tall retaining wall constructed to encompass necessary fill for building construction.   Project required slope and construction easements on eastern adjacent parcel owned by City of Gresham.  Project was constructed simultaneously with City of Gresham’s Sandy Boulevard Public Improvement requiring extensive grade coordination between the public and private projects.
