RICHMOND Distribution Center III

Richmond Distribution Center III is a Class A, speculative single story, double loaded, concrete tilt up, industrial building.

This project is located within Contra Costa County Industrial Area.  Project included multi governmental agency approvals for offsite flood control GAP closure Improvements, Under-grounding PG&E utilities along frontage and 1,000 lineal foot public waterline extension. Project included extensive ground improvements including wick drains and deep dynamic compaction to prepare for building construction/loads. Expansive and corrosive soils were addressed during design/construction.
