Redmond Woods Complex

Redmond Woods consists of three 2-story, Class B, commercial office buildings with one, 1-story above-grade parking garage. The complex sits on 7.62 acres at the edge of Microsoft campus.

Vibe Inc. hired KGIP to manage the Redmond Woods office complex in 02/22. KGIP took on the final stages of a waterproofing project. Technical Waterproofing was hired to perform sealing of all windows, cement coring, testing, and as a final effort to make the building weather tight, applied several coats of elastomeric coating.  KGIP’s contribution transformed the image and durability of this building for years to come.
