One of Lincoln Plaza’s many attributes is its detailed paver drive lane through the three buildings. Historically, there have been significant repairs made to the underlying structure to maintain proper water drainage.
Due to the ingenuity of the Senior Building Engineer, the KGIP engineering team took on the repairs in-house, saving the property owner $55,000. This is one of many examples of how KGIP fulfills its fiduciary duty to their client and is proactive on their behalf.
