Grahams Ferry Industrial Center

Grahams Ferry is a Class A, speculative single story, concrete tilt up, industrial building.

This project is located within the City of Wilsonville’s Planned Development Industrial-Regionally Significant Industrial Area within the Coffee Creek Design District. The site required annexation into City of Wilsonville which was completed concurrently with Design Review Board Approvals. This project was the second project to receive annexation and Design Review approvals within this special district.

The project is situated on four public rights of way and easement supporting street that required greater than standard public improvements and overlapping City requirements which our team successfully navigated. All overhead utilities were placed underground, requiring coordination with adjoining neighbors.
