Extron Logistics Tenant Improvement

In 2023, KGIP was engaged by Terreno Realty Corporation for the design and construction of a 2,500 SF office for Extron Logistics in Union City, California.  KGIP partnered with AEPC Group and OPI Commercial Builders for space planning and construction services, effectively liaising between parties to create a modern creative space to serve Extron’s East Bay operations. Our full-scale project management was instrumental in maintaining project momentum and timely delivery through oversight, expert advice, and rigorous communication.  This project was especially challenging due to the exhaustive space planning process which involved unique complications with architect selection, as well as delays with city permitting.  Coordination with Extron’s executive team to allow safe storage of high value inventory during construction was also critical in mitigating any potential impacts to Extron’s target occupancy date.
