Broadway Tower- Fitwel Certification and Award

Broadway Tower is a Class A mixed-use building comprised of office, retail, and hotel space.  Floors nine through 19 provide 175,000 sf of office space, floors three through eight a 180-room hotel, and a five-level subterranean parking garage.

Fitwel is a building certification focused on green initiatives targeted at the health and well-being of the building tenants through access to fitness facilities, bike storage, outdoor spaces, and walkability of nearby amenities.

The building underwent an extensive year-long application process and received a Fitwel 2 Star Rating.  Broadway Tower was recognized as an international recipient of the Fitwel 2022 Best in Building Health Winner.
