KGIP management team has partnered with RDH as the qualified contractor to ensure Bellevue South is following the Clean Building Act requirements. RDH will analyze the energy use and benchmark the building. In collaboration with RDH, Bellevue South will meet the 2026 deadline established by the Clean Building Act guidelines.
