An area of focus for KGIP upon taking the management contract for 929 was to drive revenue generation, specifically in the parking garage.
Within the first two months, KGIP leveraged our industry knowledge and partnerships, and leased an additional 75 stalls to an outside tenant at the market rate.
This has resulted in an additional $200k+ in revenue annually. Working closely with the parking garage management company, KGIP has developed strategic initiatives, such as partnering with neighboring buildings with full capacity garages, to bring additional transient parkers to the garage.
