205 Logistics Center

205 Logistics Center began construction August 10, 2015, and was completed on time and under budget on May 23, 2016, making this a successful development for our client, IPT Clackamas DC LLC.

This state of the art Class A, front-loaded, single-story industrial building totals approximately 190,600 square feet.  Situated on 11.7 acres in Clackamas, Oregon, the building highlights include ESFR fire sprinkler system, 32’ clear height, and 180’ truck court.

The building is fully leased to Bunzl Distribution whose TI ran concurrently with shell construction, with 5/23/16 occupancy.
