6th St- Planter Leak Repairs

Lincoln Plaza is a 3-building, Class A, commercial office property.

KGIP managed a major leak repair project involving five large concrete planters that were actively leaking through the property’s parking garage membrane.

Beginning in the summer of 2023, KGIP worked with several service providers in order to fully excavate the soil, plants and tree material. Once cleared, the existing waterproofing and original drainage were removed. Completely new drains were specially built, in order to ensure proper flow and future accessibility. All new waterproofing was installed prior to adding new soil and plants.

The project was completed on-time in September 2023.
