660 Othello Repositioning

KGIP successfully repositioned a dilapidated single-tenant industrial building into a revitalized multi-tenant facility.

Fortress Investment Group purchased the former Provisioners Warehouse in Sodo in 2024 and hired KGIP to provide construction and property management services. The repositioning project involved renovation of the interior and exterior of the building, construction of speculative office improvements in two bays, restoration of a failing canopy system, PVC roof overlay, and repair of truck court/ City streets. Work was completed in two phases from August 2024 – February 2025 and the project is ready for occupancy.
