2607 2nd is a partially owner-occupied, retrofitted 4-story historic brick-and-timber commercial office building fully renovated in 2023 to Class A standards. With high-end finishes and bright airy spaces, 2607 2nd is a modernized historic gem in a highly desirable Belltown location.
In early 2023, just weeks before Vitus Group LLC planned to move into their newly constructed offices in the completely retrofitted 2607 2nd Ave building, through a word-of-mouth referral they contacted KGIP for management services. KGIP sprang quickly into action, meeting with the Vitus team to discuss their needs, with the general contractor to become familiar with building systems and remaining punch list work, and service vendors to ensure a seamless start to Vitus’s occupancy. Within less than one month of initially being contacted, KGIP had taken on the management of the building, implemented multiple new service contracts including janitorial, landscaping and security patrols in addition to actively helping the client navigate warranty repairs and troubleshooting the building’s elaborate security systems. From the leadership level to the engineering team, KGIP presented a team eager to provide nimble, personalized service on our client’s behalf.
